At Mediva™, we work to process and ship every order as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order has been placed.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

This means the total estimated time from placing your order to receiving it is usually between 6 and 13 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, high demand, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact our support team and we will help you check the status of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Mediva™ is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, building reception, or household members.
